What 1 Peter 5:7 means
The instruction and its reason are inseparable. Casting anxiety onto God makes sense only if the second half is true — that he cares, personally, about you.
‘All’ leaves no category of worry too small to bother him with or too large to hand over. Peter writes to Christians facing real hostility, and the verse follows a call to humility: refusing to carry it alone is itself an act of humility, not weakness.
