7 Bible Verses About Generosity to the Poor

Whoever is kind to the poor is lending to the LORD, and he will pay them back for what they have done.

Whoever gives to the poor will lack nothing, but whoever looks away from them will receive many curses.

Instead, when you hold a feast, ask the poor to come, and those who are maimed, lame, or blind. And you will be blessed, for they have no way to pay you back. Your repayment will come at the resurrection of the righteous.”
