Children are a gift handed down from the LORD; the fruit of the womb is a reward.
Jesus said, “Let the children be. Do not prevent them from coming to me, because the kingdom of heaven is for those who are like them.”
Children born to the young are like arrows in a fighter’s hand. How blessed is the one who has a quiver filled with them! They will not be disgraced when they argue with enemies at the city gate.

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not leave it.
And when someone welcomes a child like this for my sake, it is me they welcome.
