About Genesis
Genesis moves from the origin of everything to the origin of one family. The first eleven chapters sweep through creation, the entry of sin, the flood, and the scattering at Babel. From chapter twelve the lens narrows to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Joseph — four generations carrying a promise of land, descendants and blessing for all nations. It ends not in fulfilment but in Egypt, with the promise intact and the family waiting.
