What Galatians 6:9 means
The danger Paul names is not doing wrong but growing tired of doing right — a quieter failure, and a far more common one. Nobody decides to stop being faithful; they simply run out of energy for it somewhere along the way.
‘In due season’ concedes the hardest part: the harvest is not on our timetable. The condition attached — if we do not give up — is the whole test. This is a verse for long obedience with no visible results yet, which is where most faithfulness actually happens.
