Ephesians divides cleanly: three chapters on what God has done, three on how to live in response. The first half piles up blessing — chosen, redeemed, raised, brought near — and centres on Jews and Gentiles made one in Christ. The second half applies it to speech, work, anger, marriage and family, closing with the armour of God for a struggle described as spiritual rather than merely human.
